- Requirements: products that need to be sterilized are pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce and jam in flexible pouches, and beverages in bottles. This customer required that the retort door is opened on right side, and the sterilization process is fully automatically accomplished to provide consistent sterilization effect and maintain the original taste and nutritional value of foods.
- Solution: with in-depth communication with the customer, we have provided a sterilization retort (model PLJ15-4.B.4) that is able to meet customer's needs of sterilizing food products packaged in different forms, while helping the customer obtain lower manufacturing costs. This customer said that they will repurchase our autoclaves when their production capacity increases.
