- Requirements: canned sardines in tinplate cans, voltage of 415V/50hz, initial product temperature of 20 °C, required sterilization time of 15-20 minutes, with CE certificate.
- Solution: we have provided this customer with our PLJ12-2.B.4 retort that has pre-check function by showing critical operation conditions of steam, air pressure, temperature, softening water flow and pressure on the human-machine interface, the control system allows the retort sterilizer to operate only when all values are complaint with system default values. And the retort is added with zinc material to prevent the surface of tinplate can from being rusted.
