Sterilization Solution for Pet Foods in Retort Pouches and Tinplate Cans

- Requirements: the customer's product is pet food packaged in retort pouches and tinplate cans, requiring temperature pre-setting and hot water recycling, automatic basket loading and unloading unit with dual chain, and operator interface with Russian language. The retort has to be compatible to their existing entire conveying system, the conveying speed of which ranges from 110 to 120 pouches/cans per minute.
- Solution: after knowing customer's requirements we provided the customer with our PLJ15-6.B.4 retort that is featured by preheat tank and adjustable sterilization function (linear control) that can be considered as a cooking process, by means of which cooking mode can be adjusted to adapt to different food properties to provide better taste and flavor of the food. At the same time, we also added functions of remote control and maintenance. So far, this customer has purchased 5 sterilizers and 2 units of conveyor and semi-auto loading and unloading system (from filling through to labeling) from our company, greatly increasing their working efficiency.
