Sterilization Solution for Soymilk Filled in Glass Bottles
- Customer country: Jordan
- Requirements: this customer required autoclave to sterilize soymilk packaged in glass bottles. The autoclave needs to be configured with water preheat tank, retort base and automated loading and unloading system, and the sterilizing strength has to be quantified.
- Solution: after knowing customer's requirements of product type and production capacity, we have provided a high-efficiency retort (model PLJ15-6.B.4) that has preheat tank to hold the heated water and automated handling unit to automatically load and unload retort cages, thus greatly reducing labor intensity and cost. F value displaying function is also available to assist the customer in finding an appropriate sterilization process.
